Leafleting
As of 1 February 2011, leafleting in Derby City Centre is subject to the provision of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 and will require a licence. Applications for a leafleting licence should be made to Derby City Council, Environmental Health Team on 01332 641333.
Derby LIVE customers who wish to leaflet as part of a wider promotion or trading activity do not need a Leafleting Licence.
