Derby LIVE run a monthly Farmers' Market and welcome occasional Outdoor Specialist Markets.
Farmers' Markets
The Derby Farmers' market is held on every third Thursday of the month in the Market Place. A variety of local produce is on sale including:-
- Vegetables
- Home reared meat
- Bread
- Cakes
- Pies
- Fruit
- Eggs
- Cheeses
- Chocolates
- Vegetarian products
- Plants
To apply to trade at the Farmers' Market please fill in the application form.

If we are unable to accommodate your application due to the subscription level of certain products being met we will put you on the waiting list.
Speciality Markets
Speciality markets are welcome in Derby City Centre. The Market Place is an ideal setting for a market with good facilities and set adjacent to the busy shopping area. Costs to stage a market are reasonable and dependent on size and nature.
