2Q Festival adding to Derby's vibrant display of entertainment

Thu 24 Mar 2016

We are extremely excited to welcome the highly anticipated 2Q Festival to Derby City Centre here and cannot wait to host some big names in our very own Guildhall Theatre.

We have joined forces with a number of Derby’s leading venues to launch this new multi-venue festivalincluding: the Guildhall Theatre, The Old Bell Hotel, The Venue, The Hairy Dog, Bar One and Vines. Introducing an eclectic mix of big name headliners and emerging talent, the overall aim is to showcase Derby as a respected and valued music destination.

Bob Rushton of Derby LIVE said:

"Derby LIVE were more than keen to get involved in this event which will be a fabulous day of mainstream live music in the City and something which we hope will become a fixture in our annual calendar’’

The popular band, Reverend and the Makers, combined with names such as Eliza and the Bear and Lucy Spraggan make tickets to the one-day festival great value. The £20 pass entitles you to access the gigs and venues throughout the day, allowing you to take in all the vibes that Derby City Centre has to offer.

The full line-up has been released, available on the 2Q Festival website. At the Guildhall Theatre, we are delighted to announce the following acts and show times:

Lucy Spraggan - 21:45
