With the skill and timing to work an audience from the moment he steps on to the stage, the razor-sharp force of Mike 'Squeaky' McClean returns to take on the role of Simple Simon, son of the deliciously dotty Dame Trott and brother to the giant slaying Jack.

This will be his third consecutive pantomime with us and the diminutive Mancunian is charged with delivering giant sized servings of silliness to the legion of fans and friends he’s made at the venue. With critics calling him a ‘comic genius’ with his ‘in yer-face comedy bringing the house down’ audiences of all ages are guaranteed another crowd pleasing performance of comedy clowning.

Paul Holman for pantomime producers Paul Holman Associates said:

I’m delighted Mike is returning. He’s established a very strong fan base which crosses the generations. He has the ability to induce laughter just from a look or a cheeky wink and when he takes to the stage, you know something funny and something special is about to happen.
