Derby LIVE is an innovative model for the delivery of the performing arts in Derby. It incorporates a year round programme of arts and entertainment at the Assembly Rooms, Guildhall Theatre and Derby Theatre Main House. Derby LIVE also present a range of high quality, large-scale outdoor events across the city. The full Derby LIVE programme engages with over 300,000 people every year!
Derby LIVE is funded by Derby City Council and Arts Council England. This funding accounts for less than half of our annual income and we work hard to reduce our reliance on external subsidy. We do this through ticket and other sales, individual giving and sponsorship.
