Terms & Conditions of Online Booking
Ticket Purchase
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded except in the event of a cancelled event.
Online booking is available 24 hours a day and is made possible via a link up with Tickets.com who run our system and use TicketSafe TM security system which ensures that your credit/debit card details are safe.
Ticket allocation
The online ticketing system will offer you the best available seat. The maximum amount of tickets that can be purchased over the Internet is 10. Please phone the Group Booking line on 01332 255413 for group bookings of 10 or more. Please call the Box Office on 01332 255800 if you have specific seating requests, require wheelchair places or sign language interpreted performances and for events where online booking is not available.
Concessions
Concessions are now available online. You will need to bring proof of eligibility for concession with you on the night. Please book wheelchair seats directly at the Box Office.
Derby LIVE may from time to time offer tickets at prices other than those which appear on this website, it is not possible to include tickets already purchased in any future special offer.
Processing fee
We charge a processing fee of £2 per transaction (not per ticket). This processing fee is non-refundable even in the event of a cancelled event.
Payment
Payment may only be made by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro. If you wish to use another type of card, please contact the Derby LIVE Box Office on 01332 255800.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm your booking, if you don’t please contact boxoffice@derby.gov.uk.
Delivery of your tickets
Tickets purchased from within the UK more than 7 days prior to your chosen performance will be posted to you.
If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours of the performance, please contact the Box Office to arrange replacements.
Tickets purchased from outside the UK or less than 7 days prior to your chosen performance will be held at the Derby LIVE Box Office.
Tickets purchased from outside the UK or less than 7 days prior to your chosen performance will be held at the Derby LIVE Box Office in your name to be collected no later than 30 minutes before the start of the performance. The Box Office opens 1 hour prior to the performance time for ticket collections.
When collecting your tickets please present the credit/debit card used during this transaction as well as proof of concession if applicable.

Please Note: If you have purchased tickets through an agency, e.g. Ticketmaster, See Tickets or any other, and do not have them on the night, you will not be able to gain entry to the building.
