PETER BRUSH

Peter is a highly distinctive performer and deft writer of finely crafted jokes, Peter Brush unassumingly takes the stage with his slight bespectacled frame and scruffy hair, before consummately conquering it with an arsenal of razor sharp quirky one-liners and peerlessly original routines, all delivered in an amusingly awkward fashion.

Peter has been a finalist in a variety of local and national comedy competitions including the BBC New Comedy Award 2013, as well as winning the Harrogate Comedian of the Year 2012. He has also written for BBC Radio 4’s ‘The News Quiz’, ‘The Show What You Wrote’ and ‘Newsjack’, and supported Arthur Smith during his 2013 tour.

In 2015 he performed his debut solo hour ‘Older Than The Oldest Dog That Ever Lived’ at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, receiving 4*+ reviews. That year he also performed as part of the prestigious ‘Big Value’ showcase run by Just The Tonic.
Peter also has a regular segment on Radio Yorkshire’s ‘The Ross & Josh Show.’

Compellingly hilarious… first-class gag writing… an original and achingly funny voice. ****1/2 Chortle

Unique observations and connections that stand-ups crave. The Guardian

HARRIET DYER

Fresh and unique, it’s a pleasure to spend time in Harriet’s company as she weaves her surreal and hilarious tales. An imitable raconteur, it’s easy to see how this new act is making a big noise.

A unique comic voice, Dyer charms any room with matchless material, an offbeat stage presence and a truly whirlwind fizz of energy.

Instinctively funny… seems certain to become a comic force to be reckoned with Chortle

It was refreshing to see such a vibrant young woman host in an all male stand-up show; Dyer made the audience feel at home and managed to wow the crowd… Loveable and delightful Three Weeks

DAN NIGHTINGALE

Dan Nightingale is widely regarded as one of the best performers working on the comedy circuit today. Mixing fiendishly accurate observation with energetic characterisations and killer punch lines, his comedy is original, playful, intelligent, poignant and exciting; sometimes ridiculous… but always hilarious.

Dan began his comedy career in Newcastle in 2002 and then moved onto Manchester, where he spent ten years and became one of the most recognisable faces on the North West Comedy circuit. He founded the Frog and Buckets ‘Beat the Frog’ amateur night, which quickly became the best new comedy night in the North. As well as developing his reputation as a top-class circuit headliner and in-demand MC and host, he has also performed regular TV warm up for the likes of Jonathan Ross, John Bishop and Celebrity Juice.

Exciting and imaginative Edinburgh Evening News

A superb compilation of brilliantly crafted stories written by someone who unquestionably has a keen and instinctive eye for comedy. Nightingale’s buoyant energy makes for an entertaining hour of stand up. Broadway Baby

It is his powers of observation that make him so entertaining. Outrageously funny KeepingupwithNZ
