About the event

Be part of the 30,000-strong crowd for an evening of classical music and fireworks at one of the UK’s biggest free outdoor classical concerts, in the stunning natural amphitheatre that is Darley Park.

The theme of this year's concert is time. Read on for full details of this year's programme (there are some special panto-themed additions yet to be announced!).

Classic FM's weekday drivetime presenter John Brunning will host this year's concert, with Conductor James Holmes and soloist Grant Doyle.
