About the event

A spine-tingling new play based on the classic Gothic chiller, The Rats in The Walls.

Mr Delapore retires to England to restore his ancestral home, Exham Priory, which has lain ruined for over 300 years. But what tragedy overtook the ancient de la Poer family in a single night … and why do the locals hate and fear the Priory so much … and what is there in the walls that so unsettles the Delapore cats? As Delapore and his young friend Captain Norrys uncover more and more of its past, Exham Priory reveals a truth more horrific than either man could possibly have imagined!

Reviews

[Last Autumn’s 'The Haunted Dolls' House' was] “excellent … go and see this production if the chance comes along” - The Reviews Hub

[While 'Captain Murderer' in 2014 was] “the most entertaining horror to hit the stage for some time … with excellent acting, sound and lighting placed for the ultimate build in tension, great timing and a tale so macabre that one may find oneself glancing repeatedly over one's shoulder … delightfully despicable and fantastic fun” - remotegoat.co.uk

The Haunting Of Exham Priory promises much more of the same. Rumpus] “guarantees to set your heart racing ... … highly recommended!” - remotegoat.co.uk
