Salary: Apprentice Grade £4.15 per hour. Salary £8,006. If 19 or over after 12 months you will receive National Minimum Wage for the remaining time

Hours: 37 hours a week

Location: Riverside Chambers, DE1 3AF

Contract: Fixed term - 15 months

Are you passionate about all things digital? Interested in developing a range of digital marketing and analytic skills? We're looking for a dynamic and creative individual to work in our busy leisure and culture marketing team working towards a Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard.

You'll work as part of the Leisure & Culture marketing team, on the full marketing mix including website content management, social media, e-mail and direct mail, PR & media, design, and print & distribution.

You will help us engage audiences and communicate with customers through different methods, including our websites, social media, Google, and blog posts. You will learn how to measure and improve the impact of our digital marketing plans, to help our digital marketing stay ahead of the game and always hit the mark.

You'll be customer-focussed and commercially-minded with good organisational skills. We need someone who's adaptable, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and flexible with an interest in the leisure, culture & tourism sector.

You must:
* Be IT literate and excellent computer skills
* Have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above.
* Have good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
* Have good organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
