Reserving your tickets
To reserve tickets for your class or school please contact Box Office on 01332 255800 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
We're happy to reserve tickets up until 4 weeks before the event depending on how close you book to the event. Most of our Christmas shows have an Early Bird discount for schools, which is only available when full payment is received by 31 October.
After you make your reservation, we'll send you an invoice. Please make sure that your final ticket numbers are correct on the invoice.
How to pay
The payment should be made as a single transaction before your reservation expires.
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta or Solo).
Derby City Council schools/departments may pay by iProc - search in internal requisitions for REGEN ASSEMBLY ROOMS TICKET SALES. We must have the Oracle PO number before the reservation expires.
Please make BACS payments to Derby City Council General Account (Lloyds Bank) Sort code: 30-92-59 Account code: 00006306. BACS payments need to be cleared by us before the reservation expiry date. Please notify us with the date and time of the BACS transfer so we can locate your payment.
Please note- we do not accept cheque payments.
When you book, especially for Christmas shows, we'll ask if you are coming by coach and for the details of the coach company. This is so that we can liaise with them regarding drop off and collection times.
Daytime event start times vary but are usually between 10am or 10.30am and 1.30pm and 2:30pm. Always check the start time on your invoice/confirmation and if you have any queries please contact Box Office. The doors open 1 hour before a performance and Box Office can advise you of the finish times for performances.
We sell cold and hot drinks, ice creams, sweets and biscuits. You can pre-order refreshments - just contact Box Office and we'll send you an order form.
