Come as a group to make big savings.
Coming as a group of 10 or more can save you up to 25% on tickets. If there's a group offer on an event, you'll find details of it on the Tickets and Prices tab for that event. Most group discounts are for standard tickets and are not in conjunction with any other offers.
Reserving your tickets
To reserve tickets please contact the Sales and Information Centre on 01332 255800 or email email@example.com We're happy to reserve tickets up until 4 weeks before the event depending on how close you book to the event. After you make your reservation, we'll send you an invoice. Please make sure that your final ticket numbers are correct on the invoice.
If the event sells out we'll need to move your deadline forward, but we'll let you know. If we don't hear from you by the deadline we'll try to contact you, but if we can't get in touch, we'll release the tickets.
Please note that our booking fee (which goes towards covering our administration costs) applies to reservations and bookings made over the telephone and counter, by post or email. If you book online you'll save more money on the majority of events, as the booking fee is not applied online.Ticket prices listed in our What’s On guide and other printed materials include these fees, prices listed online do not.
How to pay
You can pay by credit or debit card (Maestro, Visa, MasterCard or Solo), cash, Derby LIVE vouchers or National Theatre Tokens.
Please note- we do not accept cheque payments
We sell cold and hot drinks, ice creams, sweets and biscuits. You can pre-order refreshments - just contact Box Office and we'll send you an order form.
