Derby LIVE is looking to expand its team of Front of House Assistants to help with the stewarding and customer experience for the Derby LIVE Pantomime at Derby Arena. This is a fixed term contract for to cover this year's Christmas pantomime performances.

You will assist in a number of ways to ensure that customers have a fantastic experience: checking tickets, answering queries, seating customers, selling programmes and Merchandise, assisting in evacuation and preparing the auditorium for customers before and after performances (including picking up litter, straightening chairs, putting out advertising)

You must have:

Good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, be able to interact with a wide and diverse range of people and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

You must be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible approach to working times (including days, evenings, and weekends over the contract period).

*You will need to be available for induction training and to watch the dress rehearsal on Friday 6th December 2019 at 17.00 to 22.00*
