Hours: Relief varied hours including daytime, evening, weekends, bank holidays and Christmas working
Location: Derby LIVE across all Derby Live Events spaces (Derby Arena, Market Place, Parks and other venues)

Derby LIVE is looking to expand its team of Front of House Assistants to help with the stewarding and customer experience for Derby LIVE indoor and outdoor Events. This is a Relief contract to cover our programme of events for this year.
You will assist in a number of ways to ensure that customers have a fantastic experience: checking tickets, answering queries, seating customers, selling programmes and Merchandise, assisting in evacuation and preparing the Venues for customers before and after Events and Performances (including picking up litter, straightening chairs, putting out advertising)
You must have
Good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, be able to interact with a wide and diverse range of people and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
You must be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible approach to working times including days, evenings, and weekends.
You will receive training in all aspects of the role
Please be aware that where there are staff within the organisation who are 'at risk' of redundancy, requirements to redeploy to another suitable role will apply and take priority
