Sales & Information Assistants - Ice Rink

Salary: Grade C £17,681 - £18,319 a year pro rata

Contract: Temporary from 12 November 2018 - 6 January 2019

This role will be predominately based at the Derby Christmas Ice Rink, however there may be opportunity to cover shifts at the Sales and Information Centre and Derby Arena.

Your primary role will be to sell tickets to ice rink customers.

Our Sales and Information team sell tickets, fitness memberships, sports courts and pitches, over the counter, on the phone and online and also provides tourist information and guidance

As a member of the team, you will have great sales and IT skills, a positive attitude and give excellent customer service. You'll be flexible, proactive, enthusiastic and have an interest in the leisure, culture and tourism sector.

Please be aware that where there are staff within the organisation who are 'at risk' of redundancy, requirements to redeploy to another suitable role will apply and take priority
