Derby LIVE and events COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information

Riverside Chambers

Fri 20 Mar 2020

In response to the Government’s latest guidance concerning the COVID-19 virus, and in the best interests of our visitors and staff, Derby LIVE regret to announce that our events programme will not be going ahead for at least the next 12 weeks.

We are working with event organisers to postpone as many as possible, and to reschedule new dates as soon as we can. Here is a list of everything affected. We will update this list when new information becomes available.

Queen Machine Symphonic due to perform at Derby Arena on Fri 17 April, has been postponed to Wed 13 Oct 2021.

It is also likely that the Elvis Tribute Artist World Tour starring Shawn Klush, Dean Z & Cody Ray Slaughter, also at Derby Arena, will now not go ahead on Saturday 16 May. Derby LIVE will work with the promoters to postpone this show to a later date.

Derby’s St George’s Day Celebrations, due to take place in the city centre on Saturday 18 April, have been cancelled. We look forward to welcoming back the people of Derby, our performers, and of course our dragons, next year.

The Easter Egg Hunt Trail at Markeaton Park, due to run from Saturday 4 to Sunday 19 April, has also been cancelled for this year.
