About the Event

This event is promoted by D-Hive, Derby LIVE are pleased to act as a ticket agent.

It is with great regret that the promoter has  taken the decision, in conjunction with the artists, to cancel the Derby Sound Concert at the County Ground on 3rd August. Ticket sales have failed to reach expected levels and due to these unforeseen circumstances the decision to cancel was unavoidable.

The Sales and Information team will be in touch with any Derby LIVE bookers to issue refunds. Refund T&Cs can be found here.

Derby Sound, a brand new one-day pop festival taking place at the Pattonair Country Ground, Derby will launch this summer.

Some of the biggest names in pop music will be appearing at the event, including Rudimental, Rita Ora, The Vamps, and Rak-Su.

Rudimental have sold over 20 million singles, while Rita Ora currently holds the UK chart record for the most Top 10 singles by a UK female artist, and both are set to perform in front of a capacity crowd in the heart of Derby this summer.

Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 5 April

All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+

This is a standing event only

This is an outdoor performance- please dress appropriately for the weather

All tickets include a 12% booking fee

Tickets for this event will be barcoded wristbands. Wristbands will be available closer to the event date and you will be notified via email. You will either be able to have your wristbands posted or you can collect from the Derby Sales & Information Centre on Derby Market Place. You will need to have your wristband prior to arriving at the venue

Tickets are non refundable and none transferrable. Please keep your tickets safe as lost tickets cannot be replaced

Max 8 tickets per customer. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Derby LIVE at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Wheelchair, Accessible and Carer tickets can only be purchased via Ticketmaster on a first come first served basis. Please contact Ticketmaster’s Accessibility line on 0800 988 4440 (tickets subject to availability)
