Nancy Kerr is a singer and magnificent fiddler with a deep commitment to the English traditional repertoire. She has been a major part of the acoustic music scene since she was a teenager and is noted for her work with husband, James Fagan, and with the Melrose Quartet. Andy Cutting is an extraordinary musician, as master of the diatonic accordion as well as most other squeezeboxes!  A highly in-demand band member, a sublime solo performer, and winner of the BBC Radio 2 Folk Award for Musician of the YearMartin Simpson is widely acknowledged as one of the finest acoustic and slide guitar players in the world. His interpretations of traditional songs are masterpieces of storytelling. He is a multi-award winning musician, singer and songwriter. Martin has often said that playing music with Andy and Nancy is always a pleasure, and in this top-ranking trio he will be playing guitar and banjo, singing, and grinning from ear to ear!

After appearing together in various combinations over the years, Martin Simpson, Andy Cutting and Nancy Kerr decided to form this trio for the joy of playing, and exploring the possibilities of traditional music - and thoroughly enjoying it!
