About the Event
Derby Market Place will make a festive transformation to host a traditional Festive Market. Browse a unique range of international stalls selling a fantastic array of unusual crafts, gifts, food and drink.
Derby’s Festive Outdoor Market will return this year with gifts galore and a host of festive stalls to get you in the Christmas spirit! Soak up the atmosphere and browse a range of unique gifts each week including hand-crafted products from locally-owned Benaberry, gifts for both him and her from Darley’s Jewellery, and unique designs from Thunderbug designs, as well as festive food and drink. It’s the perfect opportunity to do some Christmas shopping, support small businesses and treat yourself to a mince pie. This is one traditional Christmas market not to be missed.
Entry to the Festive Market is free.
Food and drink
Festive food and drink will also be available alongside this our Festive Market bar will be offering bar drinks with added extras including luxury hot chocolate, Prosecco, mulled wine and cider, hot soup, and liqueur coffee. We will also be joined by ‘Dough to Go’ from the Wed 8 Dec who will be serving wood-fired pizzas to enjoy as you explore the festive market or before joining us for one of our Christmas performances

Wednesdays: 11am – 5pm
Thursdays: 11am – 8pm/ 2 Dec closes at 5pm / 23 Dec open 10am – 4pm
Fridays: 11am – 5pm/ 3 Dec open late until 7pm / 24 Dec Xmas Eve 10am – 1pm
Saturdays: 10am – 6:15pm/ 4 Dec closes at 5pm
Sundays: 10am – 4pm
Mon 20 & Tue 21 Dec: 11am – 5pm
