FAQs
Tickets can either be posted out for an additional £1 or collected free from the Derby Sales and Information Centre (Assembly Rooms, Market Place, Derby). Tickets must be collected in advance of the film screening. Tickets will not be available for collection from Elvaston Castle

Although we are all longing for another glorious Sun denched Summer, the good old British weather can be unpredictable so we suggest you bring warm clothing, maybe a blanket and a waterproof (just in case).
We also advise that although the event is on the field you should bring a chair if you wish for more comfort.

The event will still go ahead if it rains, we ask you to be prepared. The event will only be cancelled in extreme weather condition, (high winds, gales) we will advise of this on the event page.
Tickets are non returnable/refundable unless the event is cancelled by Mad Hatters Events.
