About the Event
This event is promoted by Furthest From the Sea, Derby LIVE are pleased to act as a ticket agent.
Unapologetic purveyors of ‘Angry Folk’, Karl And The Marx Brothers compelling mixture of indie, folk and pop won plaudits from the critics on their debut outing ‘Angry Folk’ in 2013. This included praise from Chumbawamba’s Boff Whalley in the pages of R2 (Rock & Reel) magazine.
They are currently writing and recording their new album. Lead vocalist Matt McGuinness says: “The new record features 10 songs, with the subject matter of a number of them firmly reflecting the life experiences of five middle-aged, brow-beaten individuals over the past two years.”
