Superhero Picnic

We're going online again this year. All you need to do to take part in the fun is dress up like a superhero and bring a picnic!

Superhero Picnic #LOVEPARKS

The three-day event will look a little different this year due to COVID-19 and some activities will move online. But, there will also be self-guided trails to complete around our parks so fear not, you can still don your best superhero outfit and bring along a picnic.  

Location

At home online with a picnic or picnic on any park and enjoy self-guided trails on Markeaton Park, Chaddesden Park and Darley Park.

Event Trails

We have some new and exciting self-guided trails around Markeaton, Chaddesden and Darley Parks which will be launched on 27 July and be available throughout summer. We will be providing maps for you to download and follow in each park, where you will be on the lookout for animals. We will have a competition with prizes for everyone to enter who completes the trial, detail of this will follow soon.
